From idea to business

From your initial contact, we usually spend one or two weeks, creating an initial assessment of your idea and its business potential.

If we find the idea interesting we will proceed with a pre-investigation phase, which includes a thorough analysis and evaluation of the technological perspectives and commercial potential.

If the analysis results in a positive evaluation, your idea and businessplan will be submitted for BOREANs Board of Directors, who makes the final decision about investment.

If we agree to invest, the new business will be established jointly between you and BOREAN.

BOREAN primarily grants a loan, which must be used for business development.

BOREAN participants, at board level, throughout the development phase, and until operation phase, where we expect to exit.
